Warsaw AI Summit Vilnius AI Summit Lisbon AI Summit

Where AI transformation meets the people building it.

Europe's premier enterprise AI gatherings bring two groups under one roof: leaders driving AI transformation in non-tech companies, and product directors from tech organisations. They hear from the people building AI solutions and leading change inside their own businesses. Then they talk to each other.

The full value of AI doesn't come from the tool. It comes from redesigning how a company operates. We're here to help every company in the room make that change.

Speak at AI Summit

We want people who are building AI solutions or leading AI transformation in their business, and can show what changed. Bring a co-presenter from the client side if you sell, your numbers, and the part that didn't work.

Propose a talk

Hear from the people doing the work.

Past speakers lead AI inside global tech companies, consultancies, scale-ups and traditional businesses, and build the tools the rest of us use. They come with numbers, and they tell you what broke.

You're in good company.

Our rooms bring together two groups who rarely share one: the people leading AI transformation in non-tech companies, and the product directors building AI in tech organisations. Around them sit CTOs, heads of data, founders and the teams who report to them. They come to see what worked elsewhere, test it against their own plans, and meet the people who did it.

Why AI Summit exists

AI Summit exists to help European companies get the full value of AI. That means changing how they operate, not adding another tool.

AI moved faster than any technology most of us have worked with. People use it every day, and one person with the right tools now does in an afternoon what used to take a week. Yet very few companies are measurably better for it. The tools changed. The way companies work didn't. That gap is where the value is.

Europe's game is adoption

The global race for AI is being run with extraordinary sums, poured into models and the companies that build them. Every week brings new releases, and the week after, something changes again.

Europe may not win that race on money. It doesn't have to. The value of a technology is created where it is applied. Companies that use AI to bring their costs down can bring manufacturing back to Europe. Companies that apply it safely and wisely earn trust that can't be bought. That only happens if our companies actually change, and no single country can do it alone.

Two sides, one roof

Transformation happens when two groups understand each other. Leaders driving AI transformation in non-tech companies need to know what the technology can do, where the real use cases sit in their business, and which path their organisation can follow. Product directors in tech organisations need to know how those businesses work and which problems are worth solving. We put both under one roof, with the builders and transformation leads who have already done it, so everyone leaves with experience they can use.

Who it's for

The person between strategy and implementation. You have a mandate to make AI work across your company, a budget that has to show results, and a CEO asking what changed. You are not looking for another demo.

Where we come from

AI Summit started in Vilnius in 2024. It was founded by Domas Janickas, who has spent two decades building enterprise software and delivered his first business management systems with AI components in 2016. His career has been spent between engineers and data scientists on one side and business teams on the other, translating in both directions.

In 2026 the series ran in Warsaw, Vilnius and Lisbon. More cities are coming.

Our principles

Rules we hold every speaker to, partners included.

  1. 01

    No pitches on stage.

Every vendor session brings a named client, real cost or ROI figures, and one thing that failed. Sessions that can't meet that move to the expo floor, our biggest partners included.

  2. 02

    Practitioners over pundits.

We choose people who changed something inside a company over people who comment on it. Titles matter less than what they shipped.

  3. 03

    Failures are content.

One honest lesson is worth ten highlight reels. We ask every speaker what broke, and we keep it in the talk.

  4. 04

    New, or nothing.

Every session passes a novelty test: what is new now, what is tired, what has expired. If you could have read it on LinkedIn last year, it doesn't get the stage.

  5. 05

    Rehearsed, not read.

Every speaker does a dry run with our programme team before the event. Talks are built as a conversation with the room, not a monologue at it.

  6. 06

Builders and leaders both get their room.

Transformation leaders and product teams need different depth. Each city runs separate stages so neither sits through the other's session, and shared moments where they meet.
