Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. General information
This privacy policy applies to aisummit.net and the AI Summit Series (Warsaw AI Summit, Vilnius AI Summit and Lisbon AI Summit), organised by AI Summits Ltd (UAB) ("the Organiser", "we", "us").
Email: hello@aisummit.net
Website: aisummit.net
By using our website or services, you agree that information is collected, used and disclosed in line with this privacy policy.
2. Personal data we collect
In this policy, personal data means information that can be linked directly to you (for example your name, email address, phone number or company), or information about activity directly connected to you (for example the tickets or partnership materials you request).
You agree not to give us anyone else's personal data unless you have their consent first.
We collect personal data from these sources:
- Directly from you: when you subscribe to our newsletter or line-up updates, request the partner deck, propose a talk, or write to us. Giving us your email address is voluntary; we use it only to send news, announcements and promotional content about AI Summit events.
- Automatically: our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- From third parties: tickets are sold on each city's own website through its ticketing provider, under that site's privacy policy.
3. How we use personal data
We collect and use personal data for these purposes:
- To provide our services (for example sending the partner deck, handling talk proposals and answering enquiries).
- For marketing (for example newsletters and line-up announcements).
- To run and secure the website.
4. How we share and disclose personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- Related companies organising AI Summit events, to support business and marketing processes.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and website forms), Tally (partner deck and talk proposal forms), Google Workspace (email) and Klaviyo (newsletters). These providers comply with the GDPR and have their own privacy policies. Your data is processed under their terms.
- YouTube, only if you choose to play the embedded video. The video is not loaded until you click it.
- Public or law enforcement authorities, where the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor in the event of a sale or transfer of the business.
If you give personal data to external websites linked from ours, including the city summit websites, their privacy policies apply to that information.
5. Data security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No transfer of data over the internet is completely secure, however.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with the "unsubscribe" link in any email, or by writing to hello@aisummit.net.
To update, correct or delete your information, write to hello@aisummit.net.
6. Your rights under the GDPR
If you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have these data protection rights:
- The right to be informed about data collection.
- The right of access to your personal data.
- The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- The right to be forgotten (to have your data deleted).
- The right to restrict processing.
- The right to data portability (to move your data to another provider).
- The right to object to processing.
- Rights related to automated decision-making and profiling.
To use any of these rights, email hello@aisummit.net.
